Congratulations to the students recognised at the Year 8 Languages Award Ceremony for their outstanding effort and high achievement in Indonesian and Italian. The event provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate students and their families, and to acknowledge the dedication, persistence, and curiosity they bring to language learning.
Attendees also heard from past students Rojin and Samantha, who shared their experiences studying Italian in upper school, as well as from Year 10 student Theresa, who spoke about her enriching experience on last year’s Italy Study Tour.
It was a memorable evening highlighting student achievement and the confidence, connections, and opportunities that language learning can create. Well done to all award recipients.
