Statement from Mr Dean Gurr, Principal:
“Canning Vale College hosted a morning tea today to celebrate and recognise the incredible achievements of a select group of our 2025, year 12 cohort. These students both ATAR and VET, demonstrated incredible drive to achieve, either achieving a Cert IV or achieving a perfect ATAR score of 99.95 in 2025. We are incredibly proud of their performance in their studies and expect them to continue to create their own futures now in their chosen careers. We must also acknowledge the parents who have been firmly behind these students, encouraging and supporting them in their secondary studies.
Congratulations to our high achievers.
Special thanks also to Mr David Goode (Board Chair), Mr Terry Healy (member for Southern River) and Mr Sam Lim (member for Tangney) who gave up some time in their busy schedules to meet with the students and talk about their pathways into post-secondary studies and careers.”
