For the past two weeks all the Year 7 classes have been tasked with creating poems using titles from the fiction book collection in the Library. As the Year 7’s are about to start poetry in English, this activity has allowed them to be creative and introduce them to the concept of poetry. It was a pleasure to see such eager participation and enjoyment. As always, I am impressed by their clever creations, well done Year 7’s.
