Students in the Hub are currently working on an environmental project where they are repurposing surplus fabric to reduce waste from landfills, a significant contributor to environmental pollution. Students are reusing fabric to make various items to promote sustainability.
These items will be on sale at the Hub building during recess for staff and students to purchase on Tuesdays and Fridays during Term 2. Our students have made shopping bags, hair scrunchies and bookmarks all priced between $1.00 and $3.00! What an amazing idea!
