Congratulations to the following Year 11 students who recently had their artwork selected to feature in the St George’s Cathedral Art 2024 Exhibition:
- Phuwanai Nesusin – The Black Pearl (Mixed Media and Textiles)
- Sophie Soong – Deer (Acrylic on Canvas) represents gentleness and kindness, but her direct gaze alludes to her underlying strength.
- Brody Nicolai – Toys (in the attic) (2D Pencil on paper)
The 21st Annual St George’s Cathedral Art is an exhibition of works by senior art students from Western Australian schools. The exhibition, which ran from 13 – 21 July provides an opportunity for public and private school students to present their work in the unique “gallery” of St George’s Cathedral, Perth. The original art is diverse and sophisticated, and submissions are invited in four categories – 2D, 3D, Digital and Mixed Media & Textiles.
