In Week 10 our Year 10, 11 & 12 Indonesian students attended the UWA Indonesian Day.
We heard from a number of guest speakers including the Consul General of Indonesia in Perth, Ibu Listiana, to Dr Jessica Kruk from UWA through to Major Jonathan Couper from the Australian Army.
Some of the sessions involved practicing listening and speaking skills, learning to play the angklung and making an Indonesian dessert.
An amazing opportunity to meet students learning Indonesian from all around WA. Students represented Canning Vale College with their awesome participation and engagement.
