Last week 10 students in Year 9 & 10 attended Skill Hire for a 3 day Try-A-Trade in Bricklaying and Carpentry.
They learnt all about constructing individual brick work piers, cleaning of tools & equipment, construction of low level walls between piers, construction of picket fencing/pergola and also lay paving and hard landscaping.
Skill hire advised us that our students were one of the most behaved and diligent groups they have had the pleasure of working with, so a huge congratulations to those boys who attended, you made CVC very proud!
