Our first Year 9 Career Taster Excursion for 2024 “The Reel Thing” was a major success with 4 of our Media students attending North Metro TAFE in Northbridge with CVC Media Teacher Mr Fic.
Our students experienced a live working television and film studio. North Metro TAFE offers screen and media, animation, film and television, game design, radio broadcast and visual effects and has engaging facilities in which students were able to participate in small projects using state-of-the-art equipment to spark an interest in these industries.
The students thoroughly enjoyed their day out and a huge thank you to Mr Fic for attending with them and the Future Pathways office for organising such a great experience for these students.
