Health Science Hub are running a Summer version of their Cert IV in Preparation for Health & Nursing Studies. This has been the saviour for the following type of students:
- They achieved less than a 70 ATAR to use for their University application
- They would like to be proactive and grab another qualification before Term 1 starts next year
- Want to improve their academic skills before starting university or TAFE
- Are looking to build confidence and strengthen their knowledge in health and nursing subjects
- Want to fast-track their pathway into higher education or a healthcare career
- Are eager to gain practical skills and a qualification that can open doors to immediate employment opportunities in the healthcare sector
Here is the nitty gritty:
- This course is run from their Perth Hub, so nice and central to everyone.
- Students will attend class 9-3pm Tuesday – Friday for 3 weeks in December (3-20 Dec), enjoy their Christmas and New years, and then return 9-3pm Tuesday – Friday for another 3 weeks in January (7-24 Jan).
- This class is a lot smaller than normal cohorts and therefore has more flexibility to work to the classroom’s desired speed of topics.
- The cost is $2500. Half of the cost upfront, and the other half at the end of the first block of learning. Payment plans are available.
