On Friday 10th September the CVC Hospitality Students were given the honour of catering and hosting the Year 12 LEAP Graduation event.
The hosts for the evening were Bryan L and Zerlina W, who welcomed guests, gathered guests at various times of the evening following a program, and informed guests of the proceedings of the evening.
The 16 Hospitality students were split into front of house (waiters) and back of house (the chefs), with two special roles as service managers, Liam F and Ben A ensuring the back and front of house worked together to deliver an impressive three course dinner to our guests in a seamless dinning event.
This was a long day for our students starting in the kitchen at 9am and finishing at 7:30pm. Well-done to the hospitality team, you have done yourselves proud!
