Congratulations to Year 11 student Katie Mobilia, who spent the 15th and 16th of February battling it out in Brisbane against Australia's best under 18 heptathletes at the Australian Combined Event Championships.

Going into the competition ranked 6th in Australia, Katie finished the competition in 5th place with a personal best score of 4579 as well as a personal best in 100m hurdles and a season best in long jump.

Western Australia had all 3 competitors finish in the top 5 out of a field of 16!
