Canning Districts Hockey Club

Would you like to play a team sport well then look no further, Canning Districts Hockey Club ‘Canning Cougars’ has vacancies in their J9/10 (U15’s) team. Our J7/8 & J5/6 teams are filling up fast. Junior training is on Wednesday nights and will commence on Wednesday night 22nd March at Ferndale Reserve from 5.30pm on our mini turf. The junior season commences on Saturday 29th April for the older age groups and for U11 in May.

Our Hook in2 Hockey Program for pre-primary to year 4’s commences on Wednesday 3rd May at Ferndale Reserve on our mini turf from 4.30-5.30pm.

There will be a Fun/Come and Try Day on our mini turf on Wednesday 26th April from 4.30-5.30pm.

Canning Vale Girls Brigade

The Canning Vale Girls Brigade is an after school group for girls from pre-primary to Year 12 and beyond. They have been in WA for over 120 years and focus on FUN, Friendship and leadership.

They meet on Mondays at the Canning Vale Community Centre, Cnr Waratah/Eucaluptus Blvd from 5-7pm. New members welcome any time - free of charge.

Canning River Canoe Club

Are looking for interested local juniors aged 11-14 for a junior kayak squad. Up to 30 places available. Commencing in 2017 Tuesday afternoons at Kent Street Weir in Wilson.
